It's definitely getting warmer around here. The question is not just why, but also: is it a bad thing? Whenever anything changes, there are winners and there are losers. But I am not so sure that we are the losers in this case. More fruit sounds like a good thing.Aya Katzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07830585801297506770noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2974406546323301344.post-45699650257603463112016-10-05T16:11:00.019-07:002016-10-05T16:11:00.019-07:00I almost thought I was reading an old post from Ap...I almost thought I was reading an old post from April or May! Trees and other plants have a cycle - sap (food & energy) rises, buds form, and the tree uses up its last remaining carbohydrates (energy) to form the fruit (seeds), then that sap slows declines. But this has been such a warmer fall that the sap is staying up high and providing the tree with renewed energy after they fruiting cycle. <br />We can all disagree about the *causes* of global warming, but there's no doubt that *something* definitely is going on!Nikkis Momhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04900207220789667368noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2974406546323301344.post-61947828790550770442016-10-02T11:14:20.006-07:002016-10-02T11:14:20.006-07:00I like how you put that, Julia!
